Cultural differences

There is a new assistant I am training, Usman. When you tell him something important, he adopts the following body posture: staring eyes fixed on you, raised eyebrows, sagging shoulders and wide-open hands. In Italy, that means “What now?”, in a rather condescending and rude way.
